Christmas Love

I LOVE Christmas time! I love getting in the spirit, dressing up and feeling joyful. It's the best time of year to spread cheer and love. Andrew and I have had so much fun getting our tree, decorating it and enjoying it's beauty! I am so thrilled this is my first Christmas as a married lady. I am so incredibly blessed this year and have a lot to be joyful and thankful for. I have also been helping out at my church's Christmas production called The Gospel According to Scrooge. It's a twist on the classic Dickens story that adds the love of Jesus in it. It's a fun two and a half hour production and I have had so much fun being behind the scenes this year. I usually act and dance on stage but my husband is the tech director so I thought I would take a shot on one of the spotlights this year. Even though you can't see me behind the scenes I still dress up for the holiday season! Enjoy!

Free Dress.

Hello!

A little story about this dress. I was walking out to my car last night and stumbled on this cute little lace number. I picked it up and it was on a hanger with a price tag on it. Brand new and you could tell it had never been worn. I couldn't believe this cute little dress was outside all alone and lost. I asked my husband what I should do and he said try to find the owner. The best I could think of was putting a sign on it asking if it belonged to anyone. I left it out last night and today and no takers. So I'm going on that I have some good karma being returned to me and scored a free dress! Yipee!

I really wasn't in the mood to take pictures. Can ya tell? Haha! Anyways Im happy I found this little gem and it will become of my pieces I will wear frequently.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Well the holiday season is in full swing! With Thanksgiving behind us now we can set foot for the rest of the year and reflect all the things to be thankful for. I have been truly blessed this year with many blessings. One of those things is being able to spend time with my husbands side of the family at a place called Forest Home. We stay in a mansion size cabin to fit all sixteen of us and it is set in the beautiful San Bernardino mountains. It is GORGEOUS! It was a lovely time to gather with family, relax, reflect and of course dress for the season! Here are a few pictures from my trip and also two outfits I wore to celebrate Thanksgiving. Enjoy!

Well here it goes. My first fashion blog. I was pretty sceptical to start this because I didn't know if anyone would actually care. If anyone really needed fashion advice. Or if anyone liked my clothes. However, I decided to try this and let myself be free to create and style. So here is goes. My name is Chelsea and I am based out of the San Francisco area. It's sunny here, warm, and a busy place to live. I work with children as my day job but I have loved fashion since I was a girl. I used to beg my mom to buy me Vogue and I would tear through the magazines ripping out pictures that inspired me. My door, walls and closet mirror were covered. I used to study labels, fashion designers, stylists and everything in between that helps create the world of fashion. You can say I have been pretty consumed for quite a while. I'm still waiting on my Louboutins but I will get there. For now my fashion is almost always on a budget, affordable and easy to wear. If I just had to sit around all day maybe I would wear Chanel head to toe but that's in my fantasy life too. The next few pictures display my recent posts on my Instagram of my ootd or outfit of the day. I haven't decided how often I will post or exactly what type of outfits. Everything is still "under contruction." I just know I want to share my love of fashion with anyone and everyone. I want to be inspired, creative and stylish. Thanks for reading and I hope to get to know more bloggers soon.

Chel Chel
